Welcome to this 4 week series designed to gently support and restore the pelvic floor through deeply nourishing and fully supported restorative yoga poses. Each session builds with intention, layering awareness, breath, and subtle release to help you reconnect to the intelligence of your body.
Rather than strengthening through force, we focus on softening, coordination, and nervous system regulation, creating the conditions where true healing can occur.
This is a quiet, compassionate pathway back to balance. A space to feel supported. A space to rebuild trust in your body from the inside out.
