This 60 Minute energizing class blends yoga flow with strengthening exercises for a full body workout. You'll move through dynamic yoga sequences infused with body weight exercises, resistance band work and light hand weights to sculpt and tone from head to toe.
Designed to be accessible for all levels, options are offered throughout to modify or challenge each movement. Expect a motivating mix of movement, mindful breath and strength-building that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, grounded and balanced- both on and off the mat.
