Ease into your Sunday with Rise and Flow, a 75 minute yoga practice designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. With the gift of extra time, we'll move through mindful sequences that invite deeper exploration of each pose-allowing you to stretch, strengthen and soften at your own pace. Expect longer holds, intentional breath-work, and moments of reflection to deepen you physical practice and inner awareness. Leave feeling open, grounded and ready to meet the week ahead. This class is offered the 1st Sunday of every month and you may see it as a pop up!
