Build strength, stability and flexibility in this 45 min Sculpt class.  Using controlled movements and focused breath work, you'll target deep core muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness.  This mat class may include the use of light weights, bands, and balls and is suitable for all fitness levels-from beginners to seasoned practitioners.  Expect a full body workout that leaves you feeling longer, stronger and more aligned in a shortened amount of time.
